Downtown Mantua Revitalization
Mantua Revitalization, DMRC, is celebrating their 10th Anniversary this year. We operate with one major function—to promote and revitalize the Village of Mantua to become a village where people want to live and visit.
We hope you will join us at one of our sponsored events like Art on the Hill in July, the Reverse Raffle in April, Quilts in the Village in May this year. Our annual Photo Contest Winner Calendar goes on sale in the fall.

Named the “2014 Best Arts and Cultural Event in Portage County”, this street festival boasts over 80 artisans selling and displaying their handmade works of art as well as a “Merchant Circle”, great food, a Chinese auction of art and local prizes, and a popular photo contest, as well as wine tasting by four local wineries.

Downtown Mantua Revitalizing needs Our FRIENDS .
We are a non-profit organization. The contributions made by our FRIENDS are used to fund the revitalization projects in the Village of Mantua. Recent projects include a conceptual design that will set in motion a total makeover of Buchert Park, the painting of the historic Flag Tower and tree removal, and provision of the matching fund requirement for the AMATs grant that created sidewalks at the south side of Mantua and the spring of 2017 we will provide the $25,000 match for the Ohio Department of Natural Resources grant to connect the Headwaters Trail in the Village.
The best way for you to help us in our effort is to become a FRIEND. There are several levels to choose from when participating in our FRIENDS campaign.
Friends and Family may purchase a black powder coated bench with an engraved plaque dedicated in the name of someone special. Benches will be placed around The Village of Mantua in the Downtown area and Buchert Park.
